Change is part of life, revolution is a movement, not reform of the old worn out skins but something that has not been seen or heard before. The old stagnant life dies away and something new is born out of the peoples movement.
When Jesus said new wine has to be put into new wine skins, he was speaking about being revolutionary and he was leading a revolution, with new ideas about faith, life and existence as a Jewish man under Roman occupation, which was a very dangerous thing to do. Jesus and we who follow him are not interested in reforming the old as the old will split and break as it is rigid with laws, obligations and penalties.
So I am a revolutionary in the fact that I don't want reform of the old systems which are broken but a new of living and being on this planet and to the State and wealthy, these are dangerous and radical ideas that how dare we, us ordinary peaceful men and women reject the militarization, denounce genocides of the most marginalised on the earth and defend them.
So now we have to this point in time when peaceful protesters and direct activists are being accused of terrorism, for daring to question a so called democratic State. Well it does not seem very democratic to me when it supports the Zionists over another group of people. This is not impartiality, but bias and extremely dangerous as laws are now going to be made to protect the "in group" and not the wider diverse community, who may disagree with Zionism or have contradictory views. Defending any ideology is dangerous and leads to repression, persecution and false accusations as in a witch hunt.
Jesus was crucified along with terrorists and thieves who threatened the powerful Roman Empire, because he led a revolution of the "Way" and people honoured him as their leader. To Rome he was perceived as a terrorist as he threatened to tear down the temple and rebuild it, to divide families, to bring fire upon the earth, to cause unrest in a well ordered Roman society, just like we do. We break down and bring down powerful armaments businesses, confront them with crimes against humanity and show them up as greedy fascists and dictators. So they in return, like Jesus have placed us between terror groups to silence our voices.
However it was not the end and all of us will arise much stronger, the next generation will remember and teach their young the values our politicians have abandoned for greed, power and money and maybe the earth and it's diverse multicoloured and beautiful people of all faiths and none will finally have peace, justice and freedom.
